Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments showed a 100kDa band but also bands at approx 35kDa and 26-28kDa in Human Ovary, Placenta, Prostate and Testis lysates after 0.1μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the additional bands we observe given the calculated size of 98.6kDa according to NP_004755.2. All detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows textured cytoplasm staining in all germ cells. Recommended concentration: 4-6μg/mL.
