Applications Notes

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.Western Blot:Approx 16kDa band observed in Human Peripheral Mononucleocyte lysates (calculated MW of 13.2kDa according to NP_002956.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (McCormick et al, ; PMID: 16216873) . Recommended concentration: 0.3-1μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Lung shows nuclear staining in select cells. Recommended concentration: 2-4μg/mL. Paraffin embedded Human Liver. Recommended concentration: 2.5μg/mL.
