Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx 125kDa band in Human Colon and Testis lysates after 1μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 94.5kDa according to NP_055093.2. The 125kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Testis. Recommended concentration: 5μg/mL.
