Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 55kDa band observed in Human Testis and Ovary and approx. 60kDa in Rat Testis and Ovary and Mouse Testis lysates (calculated MW of 57.9kDa according to Human NP_002259.1, Mouse NP-032493.1 and Rat NP_001014793.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.5-1μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
