Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 36kDa band observed in Human Kidney lysates (calculated MW of 29.7kDa according to NP_006139.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Schreiber et al, Gene. 1998 Jan 30;207 (2) :171-5; PMID: 9511759) . Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1μg/mL.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Colon and Small Intestine. Recommended concentration: 2.5μg/mL.
