Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.Western Blot:Approx. 30kDa band observed in Human Brain, Human Ovary, Human Kidney, MOLT-4 and U937 lysates at 1ug of primary. Please note that the band we observe is different from the predicted size of approx. 115kDa according to NP_006334. Currently we cannot find an explanation for this in the literature.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland. Recommended concentration: 3.75μg/mL.
