Peniditerpenoid A is a di-seco-indole diterpenoid. Peniditerpenoid A decreases the expression of p-IkBαby RANKL induced. Peniditerpenoid A inhibits RANKL induced osteoclast differentiation. Peniditerpenoid A has the potential for the research of osteoporosis[1].
