Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Approx 35-37kDa band observed in Human Testis lysates (calculated MW of 30.2kDa according to NP_955631.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Clarke et al, Hum Mol Genet. 2004 Apr 1;13 (7) :727-39. Epub 2004 Feb 12, PMID: 14962983) . Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. This antibody has been successfully used in WB on Human: Sajek et al (2018) PMID: 30269240.
