Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Breast shows vesiculate staining in the cytoplasm of epithelial cells in one lobule. Similar results were obtained in Human Liver. Recommended concentration, 3-6μg/mL.
