Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx 75kDa band in Rat Pancreas lysates after 1μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 25.0kDa according to NP_006818.3. The 75kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.Immunofluorescence:Expression of the protein seen in the Golgi and cytoplasm of Glioblastoma U251 cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/mL. Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/mL.

Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
