Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 170kDa band observed in lysates of cell line Jurkat (calculated MW of 183kDa according to NP_001370.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse for this particular batch.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows nuclear staining in PCT. Recommended concentration: 3-6μg/mL.
