Stra6 Antibody

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 80-90kDa band observed in Rat Testis lysates, which was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (calculated MW of 73.8kDa according to Rat NP_001025095.1) . Recommended concentration: 1-2μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. An approx. 90kDa band was also observed in 3T3-L1 adipocytes reduced by stra6 siRNA. The 90kDa is stained after retrovirally overexpressing Mouse Stra6 and not after overexpressing Human Stra6 in 3T3 preadipocytes (calculated MW of 73.8kDa according to Mouse NP_033317.2) . Primary incubation was 3 hours.

Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
