Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 65kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebral Cortex) lysates (calculated MW of 66.9kDa according to NP_000808.2) . Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat Brain for this particular batch.
