The ETS1 (Phospho-Thr38) Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor ETS1 (Phospho-Thr38) protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of ETS1 (Phospho-Thr38) in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on ETS1 (Phospho-Thr38) .

Highly expressed within lymphoid cells. Isoforms c-ETS-1A and Ets-1 p27 are both detected in all fetal tissues tested, but vary with tissue type in adult tissues. None is detected in brain or kidney.
