The ETS1 (Phospho-Thr38) Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor ETS1 (Phospho-Thr38) protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of ETS1 (Phospho-Thr38) in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on ETS1 (Phospho-Thr38) .

Tissue Specificity

Highly expressed within lymphoid cells. Isoforms c-ETS-1A and Ets-1 p27 are both detected in all fetal tissues tested, but vary with tissue type in adult tissues. None is detected in brain or kidney.

Transcription factor. Directly controls the expression of cytokine and chemokine genes in a wide variety of different cellular contexts. May control the differentiation, survival and proliferation of lymphoid cells.
