ARNT Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA
The ARNT Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor ARNT protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of ARNT in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on ARNT.

Reactivity
Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications
ELISA
Detection Range
> 5000 cells/well
Function
Required for activity of the Ah (dioxin) receptor. This protein is required for the ligand-binding subunit to translocate from the cytosol to the nucleus after ligand binding. The complex then initiates transcription of genes involved in the activation of PAH procarcinogens. The heterodimer with HIF1A or EPAS1/HIF2A functions as a transcriptional regulator of the adaptive response to hypoxia.
