WAVE1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

The WAVE1 Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor WAVE1 protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of WAVE1 in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on WAVE1.

As component of the WAVE1 complex, required for BDNF- NTRK2 endocytic trafficking and signaling from early endosomes (By similarity) .
