ICK Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit
The ICK Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor ICK protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of ICK in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on ICK.

May play a key role in the development of multiple organ systems and particularly in cardiac development (By similarity) . Regulates intraflagellar transport (IFT) speed and negatively regulates cilium length in a cAMP and mTORC1 signaling-dependent manner and this regulation requires its kinase activity (By similarity) .
