The OCT2 Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor OCT2 protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of OCT2 in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on OCT2.

Transcription factor that specifically binds to the octamer motif (5'-ATTTGCAT-3') . Regulates transcription in a number of tissues in addition to activating immunoglobulin gene expression. Modulates transcription transactivation by NR3C1, AR and PGR. Isoform 5 activates the U2 small nuclear RNA (snRNA) promoter.
