LG 6-101
LG 6-101 is an orally active antiarrhythmic agent. LG 6-101 shows strong antiarrhythmic effects in a coronary-artery-ligation model of rats, better than Propafenone. LG 6-101 also delays the occurence of ventricular premature beat (VPB) 's and has protective effects against cardiac arrest caused by aconitine[1][2].
