Applications Notes
Apaf1 antibody can be used for detection of Apaf1 by Western blot at 1 μg/mL. Human heart tissue lysate can be used as positive control and a 130 kDa band should be detected. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 20 μg/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunohistochemistry in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.
