Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx 85kDa band in Mouse fetal Brain lysates after 0.3μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 55.9kDa according to NP_775567.2. The 85kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Mouse Brain stem shows staining of Raphe nucleii serotonergic neurons consistent with observation by different antibodies. Recommended concentration, 0.5-2μg/mL.
