Applications Notes

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx 85kDa band in lysates of cell lines A549, HepG2 and NIH3T3 after 0.3μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 67.2kDa according to NP_065943.2. The 85kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Small Intestine. Recommended concentration: 5μg/mL.
