Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 26kDa band observed in Human Cerebellum and in Mouse and Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 23.3kDa according to Human NP_003072.2, Mouse NP_035558.1 and Rat NP_001257504.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Cerebellum shows strong axon staining, particularly in the granular region. Recommended concentration: 1-2μg/mL.

Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
