Applications Notes

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx 46kDa band in Human Brain (cerebellum) and Ovary lysates after 0.3μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 113kDa according to NP_001422.1. The 46kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Uterus shows membranous staining in endometrial cells. Recommended concentration, 2-5μg/mL.Additional validation: This antibody has been successfully used in the following paper: Sikorski et al. (2018) PMID: 30377371.
