Applications Notes

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx 80kDa band observed in Daudi cell lysates (calculated MW of 79.7kDa according to NP_001610.1) . An additional band of unknown identity was observed in some lysates at 48kDa and was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Recommended concentration: 0.3-2μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
