Applications Notes

IL-34 antibody can be used for the detection of IL-34 by Western blot at 0.25 μg/mL. Despite its predicted molecular weight, IL-34 will often run at higher molecular weight in SDS-PAGE. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.
