Applications Notes
LIMP2 antibody can be used for detection of LIMP2 by Western blot at 1 and 2 μg/mL. Despite its predicted molecular weight, LIMP2 runs at approximately 80 - 85 kDa in SDS-PAGE. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 10 μg/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunohistochemistry in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.
