Applications Notes
Caspase-12 (large) antibody can be used for the detection of both the propeptide and cleaved forms of caspase-12 by Western blot at 0.25 to 2 μg/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2 μg/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 10 μg/mL.Antibody validated: Western Blot in human, mouse, and rat samples; Immunohistochemistry in human, mouse, and rat samples and Immunofluorescence in human, mouse, and rat samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.
