SP3CHO is an active metabolite generated by the metabolism of SP3N in cell culture by the action of amine oxidase. SP3CHO can induce polyubiquitination of specific proteins by recruiting the SCFFBXO22 E3 ligase complex. SP3CHO can be used in cancer therapy research[1].
