TNIK protein is a key activator of the Wnt signaling pathway and regulates gene expression by phosphorylating TCF4/TCF7L2 at the promoter of Wnt target genes. TNIK is located upstream of the JUN N-terminal pathway and contributes to the complex Wnt signaling cascade. TNIK Protein, Human (sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived TNIK protein, expressed by sf9 insect cells , with N-8*His labeled tag.
