BRSK1, Human (sf9, GST)

The BRSK1 protein is a critical serine/threonine protein kinase that regulates cortical neuronal polarization and centrosome duplication. BRSK1 is phosphorylated and activated by STK11/LKB1, affecting neuronal polarization through MAPT/TAU phosphorylation (“Thr-529” and “Ser-579”) and WEE1 phosphorylation (“Ser-642”) . BRSK1 Protein, Human (sf9, GST) is the recombinant human-derived BRSK1 protein, expressed by sf9 insect cells , with N-GST labeled tag.
