QYL-685
QYL-685 is a Z-methenylcyclopropane nucleoside analog containing 2,6-diaminopurine, which has strong antiviral activity against HIV-1. QYL-685 showed activity against Zidovudine resistant and Didanosine (HY-B0249) resistant HIV-1 infected clones in vitro. QYL-685 can be developed as a therapeutic drug for HIV-1 infection[1].
