Chicken anti Mouse IgG (H+L)

Chickens were immunized with highly purified normal mouse IgG. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was, immunoaffinity purified from an immunoabsorbant.

These antibodies yield a single precipitin arc when tested against normal mouse serum and in cross-reactivity studies using Ouchterlony, cross-react with Human IgG, rat IgG and swine IgG but not appreciably with rabbit, goat, guinea pig, cow, ovine, or horse IgG.
