Applications Notes

DAPK2 antibody can be used for detection of DAPK2 by Western blot at 1 μg/mL. An approximately 42 kDa band can be detected. DAPK2 has no cross responses to DAPK1. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2 μg/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human, mouse, and rat samples and Immunohistochemistry in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.
