CD14-Luc (RFP) Lentivirus

Pre-made lentivirus express Firefly luciferase reporter under the human CD14 promoter which demonstrates strongly upregulated expression during monocytic cell differentiation. This lentivirus also contain the RFP selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
