Pre-made Lentivirus bicistronically express (under EF1a promoter) nuclear permeable CRE recombinase and the GFP marker under the same suEF1a promoter. A Blasticidin marker was expressed under RSV promoter. Virus concentrated and buffer changed into PBS solution.
