Pre-made Lentivirus bicistronically express individual firefly luciferase and nuclear permeable CRE recombinase under the same suCMV promoter. A RFP-Blasticidin fusion dual marker was expressed under RSV promoter. Virus concentrated and buffer changed into PBS solution.
