UNSPSC Description
DA-143 is a selective DNA-PKcs inhibitor (IC50: 2.5 nM), and the IC50s for mTOR, PI3KΔ, and ATM are 280 nM, 106 nM and 6,594 nM respectively. DA-143 blocks phosphorylation of DNA-PKcs substrates. DA-143 sensitizes cancer cells to Doxorubicin (HY-15142)[1].
