Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla luciferase reporter under human Survivin's promoter which overexpressed in most common human cancers. This lentivirus also contain the puromycin selection marker under RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
