CCKAR-Luc (Puro) Lentivirus

Pre-madelentivirus express Firefly luciferase reporter under human CCKR's promoter which is predominantly expressed in human pancreatic cancer. This lentivirus also contain the puromycin selection marker under RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
