MB-Rluc (RFP) Lentivirus

Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla luciferase reporter under human Myoglobin 's promoter which only expressed in muscle, predominantly in cardiac and skeletal myocytes. This lentivirus also contain the RFP selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
