MB-Luc (Puro) Lentivirus in PBS

Pre-madelentivirus express Firefly luciferase reporter under human Myoglobin 's promoter which only expressed in muscle, predominantly in cardiac and skeletal myocytes. This lentivirus also contain the puromycin selection marker under RSV promoter. Lentivirus concentrated and provided in PBS solution.
