MB-Luc (GFP) Lentivirus

Pre-made lentivirus express Firefly luciferase reporter under human Myoglobin 's promoter which only expressed in muscle, predominantly in cardiac and skeletal myocytes. This lentivirus also contain the GFP selection marker under the consitutiveRSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
