MB-Luc (Bsd) Lentivirus

Pre-made lentivirus express Firefly luciferase reporter under human Myoglobin 's promoter which only expressed in muscle, predominantly in cardiac and skeletal myocytes. This lentivirus also contain the Blasticidin selection marker under RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
