CD45-Luc (Neo) Lentivirus

Pre-made lentivirus express Firefly luciferase reporter under the human CD45's promoter which expressed exclusively by all hematopoietic cells except erythrocytes and platelets. This lentivirus also contain the Neomycin selection marker under RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
