CMV Control Lentivirus (Puro) in PBS

Negative control lentivirus contains a null spacer insert under CMV promoter, serves as the negative control of lentivurs treatment for the specificity of any target expression effects. It also has the Puromycin marker under RSV promoter. The virus was concentrated and provided in PBS solution.
