P38 alpha/MAPK14, Human (Activated, sf9, His)

The p38 α/MAPK14 protein is an important serine/threonine kinase in the MAP kinase pathway. It can respond to stimuli such as cytokines or stress and directly activate transcription factors. In this cascade, p38 MAPK each phosphorylates approximately 200 to 300 substrates, including the downstream kinases RPS6KA5/MSK1 and RPS6KA4/MSK2, which are critical for immediate early gene induction. p38 alpha/MAPK14 Protein, Human (Activated, sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived p38 alpha/MAPK14 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His labeled tag.
