The liposome is composed of L-alpha-phosphatidylserine, L-alpha-phosphatidylcholine, Cholesterol and 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-dibenzocyclooctyl (20:49:30:1). The mean paRoom Temperatureicle size is 100 nm and the lipid concentration is 10mM. Fluorescent dyes include DiI, DiO, DiD, DiR, DiA, NBD on head group, NBD on fatty acid tail, Rhodamine lipid, Dansyl lipid, Pyrene lipid, Cyanine 5 lipid, Cyanine 5.5 lipid and Cyanine 7 lipid.
