MoTPS1-IN-1 (Compound j11), an antifungal agent, is a MoTPS1 inhibitor. MoTPS1-IN-1 acts by interation with Glu396 in MoTPS1. MoTPS1-IN-1 inhibits pathogenicity of M. oryzae[1].
