Ceftolozane (sulfate)

Ceftolozane (CXA-101) sulfate is an antipseudomonal cephalosporin. Ceftolozane binds to P. aeruginosa essential PBPs (1b, 1c, 2 and 3) with high affinity. Ceftolozane inhibits cell wall synthesis by binding the PBPs. Ceftolozane sulfate inhibits P. aeruginosa and Enterobacteriaceae[1][2][3][4][5][6][7].
